Naeem Shamim is the Founder and Chief Editor of Al Ufaq (The Horizon).  He is a Free Thinker, a Social Media Activist and also a writer and a poet. He keeps a close eye on the political happenings in Pakistan, South Asia and Middle East. Shamim is a part of several think tanks and is a student of philosophy and literature.He has failed miserably in attempts to get his works ‘’Alien Thoughts’’ (English) and ‘’Safeena-e-Zeest’’ (Urdu) published.

Atif S. Ahmad wishes to have a Free and a Secular Pakistan for the future generations. He also refutes the Mullah Cult and is a strong voice against Drug Abuse. His interests include religion, sports  and IT. Ahmad holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Masters in Political Science. He is a regular contributor and the Executive Manager at Al Ufaq.
