Pakistan: Head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Faisalabad attacked, two injured

Faisalabad, Pakistan : The Head of the Ahmadiyya Jamat, Faisalabad chapter was attacked by unidentified gunmen in an attempt on his life today in the industrial city of central Punjab today. He remained unhurt while two other Ahmadis have been injured in the attack and are admitted to the hospital. The attack took place on the 20th of February at about 5 PM local time. Details are still pouring in.
It must be noted that a hate campaign calling for death of prominent Ahmadis is in full swing in Faisalabad for the last six months. Pamphlets and Banners declaring Ahmadi Muslims as heretics and Wajib ul Qatl are widely displayed & distributed by the terrorist organization Alami Majlis Tahaffuze Khatme Nabuwwat.
